Title: Beer and Cheese Spread

Yield: 2 Cups

2cSharp Cheddar cheese shredded
1tsWorcestershire sauce
1/2tsDry mustard
1smClove garlic, minced
1/2cButter (to 2/3 cup)
  Assorted crackers or rye bread crumbs

Have cheeses at room temperature. Combine cheeses, Worcestershire, mustard, and garlic. Beat in enough beer to make of spreading consistency. Serve at room tempearture with crackers or rye rounds.
